September 2019 ist es soweit. Ein Jahr nach der Grundsteinlegung nahm MAAZ Cheese sein neues Reifungs- und Distributionszentrum in Betrieb. Die Mitarbeiter im heutigen B\u00fcro am Goudseweg in Bodegraven und das gesamte Team von Fromagerie Europe werden als erste einziehen. In der n\u00e4chsten Phase werden auch das gesamte Team und die Aktivit\u00e4ten von Veldhuyzen Kaas integriert.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Das neue Geb\u00e4ude mit einer Nutzfl\u00e4che von mehr als 12 000 m2 ist mit nachhaltigen Klimatisierungssystemen und -materialien ausgestattet. Dies bedeutet, dass MAAZ Cheese inzwischen das Nachhaltigkeitsg\u00fctesiegel von BREEAM besitzt.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist einzigartig, dass Reifung, Lagerung und Verpackung von niederl\u00e4ndischem und ausl\u00e4ndischem K\u00e4se an einem Ort stattfindet. Der interne Warenfluss wird effizient mit einem intelligenten Informationssystem gesteuert.
