Oude Noord Nederlandse Gouda won de \u2018overall\u2019 tweede prijs en is daarmee de op \u00e9\u00e9n na beste kaas van de wereld. Deze Goudse kaas wordt gemaakt in de kaasmakerij van Royal A-ware in Heerenveen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De jury koos uit 3.302 inzendingen van meer dan 400 internationale zuivelbedrijven. De kaas behaalde een indrukwekkende score van 98, 92 op 100 en won daarmee een gouden medaille. Deze prijs is een mooi compliment voor de Dairy experts van MAAZ Cheese en het team van de kaasmakers uit Heerenveen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De World Championship Cheese Contest is &#8217;s werelds grootste technische kaaswedstrijd. De beste drie scores in elke categorie worden erkend voor hun uitmuntendheid en de beste krijgt de titel Wereldkampioen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Noord Nederlandse kaas is verkrijgbaar bij MAAZ Cheese in Bodegraven.
