De kaasmakers vullen de kaasvaten van De Bonck extra op. Hierdoor ontstaat een forse kaas van zo\u2019n zestien kilo, vier kilo meer dan een gewone Goudse. De krachtige smaak kan zich nu beter ontwikkelen waardoor er een smediger zuivel ontstaat. Topkwaliteit op natuurlijke wijze gerijpt. Het beeldmerk wordt, net als vroeger, in de kaas gebrand.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-container-2 wp-block-column\">\r\n<h4>Bekroonde Bonck<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De Bonck van Blesckens is tot nu toe verkrijgbaar in drie varianten. De Milde &amp; Romige Bonck heeft een frisse, zachte smaak. Deze Bonck is de jongste van het stel en werd op de Gouda Cheese Awards 2019 bekroond met goud. De Pikante Bonck is gerijpt op traditionele houten planken. Je kunt goed proeven aan de krachtige, volle smaak dat deze extra smedige Bonck al \u2018meters heeft gemaakt\u2019 in het kaaspakhuis.
