In onze charmante regio, vlak bij de gastronomische hoofdstad Lyon vind je een verfijnde mix van culinaire hoogstandjes in Michelinsterrenrestaurants \u00e9n kleine, gepassioneerde wijnproducenten die met liefde hun vak uitoefenen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sinds 1981 zet Kaasmakerij Fromagerie Guilloteau het erfgoed van Mr. Guilloteau voort. De oprichter van de kaasmakerij was een gepassioneerd man en durver die een revolutie teweegbracht in de kaaswereld met de creatie van zijn unieke bereidingstechniek: ultrafiltratie. Hij heeft altijd veel waardering gehad voor het harde werk van ons Research en Development-team, dat vanaf dag \u00e9\u00e9n onze eigen kaasfermenten kweekt! De kaasmakers van Fromagerie Guilloteau zijn gepassioneerde experts die graag lokale kazen met een unieke geschiedenis maken.<\/p>\n

Fromagerie Guilloteau produceert een breed assortiment zachte kazen met gevarieerde smaakprofielen, die zich onderscheiden door hun fijne korst, hun exquise zijdeachtige textuur en delicate smaak. De ultrafiltratie-techniek geeft deze kazen uitstekende voedings-eigenschappen: meer calcium en prote\u00efne en een unieke textuur die smelt op de tong.<\/p>\n

Kaasmaker Jules: \u201cAls een van de weinige producenten maken wij onze eigen kaasculturen. Dit geeft onze kazen een unieke, verfijnde korst die dun en heerlijk blijft gedurende het volledige rijpingsproces. Het resultaat? Een delicate, milde en frisse smaak die onze kazen onderscheidt. Wereldwijd worden ze geroemd om hun zijdezachte textuur \u2013 het resultaat van ons unieke productieproces, tientallen jaren vakmanschap en diepgaande kaaskennis.\u201d<\/p>\n
