Denemarken was zo\u2019n 35 jaar geleden het eerste land ter wereld waar biologische landbouw wettelijk werd gereguleerd door middel van overheidsinspectie. Het heeft de Deense bio-pioniers geen windeieren gelegd en resulteert vandaag de dag in biozuivel met wereldfaam.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De wereldwijde vraag naar Deense biologische zuivelproducten is de afgelopen decennia zo toegenomen dat het veruit het belangrijkste exportproduct is voor Denemarken. Zuivelspecialist Thise, opgericht in 1988, heeft daar een belangrijke bijdrage aan geleverd. Niemand durfde destijds te investeren in het zuivelinitiatief van acht eco-idealisten. Vandaag de dag werken er 240 mensen die 85 zuivelproducten maken van meer dan 105 miljoen kilo biologische melk. Producten die zelfs in China ongekend gewild zijn.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4>Noordzeekazen<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Thise Dairy maakt een heel succesvolle lijn Noordzeekazen. Wat alle Noordzeekazen gemeen hebben, is dat Thise ze produceert met melk van vrijgrazende koeien uit het Noordzeegebied en de kazen allemaal minimaal dertig weken bewaart in de opslagfaciliteiten aan de Deense noordwestkust in Bovbjerg. Hier worden ze gerijpt in een atmosfeer van frisse zoute Noordzeelucht, maar daarna eindigen de overeenkomsten en evolueren de verschillende familieleden in diverse richtingen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-container-3 wp-block-columns\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-container-1 wp-block-column\">\r\n<h4>BIO Noordzeekaas<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bij zijn introductie wist deze kaas direct de titel Deense Gourmet Award 2008 op te eisen. Het mooie juryrapport vermeldde: \u201cFantastische kaas. Mooie structuur, breekt gemakkelijk, bijna gekristalliseerd. De kaas heeft karakter. Ook deze kaas wordt gemaakt van melk van de zestien Thise-boeren die allemaal in de buurt van de Noordzee wonen. Echter, deze nieuwe variant onderscheidt zich met een wat pikantere smaak.
