THE CHAIN

MAAZ Cheese tries to keep the chain of supply as short as possible to prevent unnecessary chain costs and to allow the company to quickly anticipate changes in supply and demand. To achieve this, a state-of-the-art distribution centre was built in Bodegraven in 2019. Cheese cutting and grating are done in-house too, using the latest technologies.

SOURCING

More than 170 leading national and international cheese and dairy producers deliver ex-works to Bodegraven every day. Cheese farms from the region prepare local specialities in collaboration with and inspired by MAAZ Cheese. We are constantly looking for new product and concept trends and innovations.
